How do I access my reviewer certificates?
Login to ManuscriptZone and navigate to the “Reviewer History” tab. Certificates for completed reviews are available for download. You can also email [email protected] for a consolidated annual certificate.
Do APC credits expire?
Credits remain valid for 24 months from the date of issuance and can be applied to any JBBS manuscript where you are a corresponding or co-corresponding author.
Can I transfer benefits to collaborators?
Yes. APC credits and editing vouchers can be assigned to co-authors or mentees. Provide their manuscript ID when redeeming the benefit.
How many reviews will I receive per year?
JBBS typically invites reviewers to evaluate 2–4 manuscripts annually, depending on availability and expertise breadth. You can update your capacity preferences anytime.
What if I need extra time to complete a review?
Contact us at least 3 days before the deadline. We can extend the due date or reassign the manuscript if needed—protecting both your schedule and the author timeline.
