When You Pay
Authors receive a formal invoice and secure payment link only after acceptance. If institutional processing requires additional time, notify the editorial office so production schedules can be coordinated. Payment confirmation is required before final publication release.
Waiver requests should include a brief funding statement and the basis for eligibility such as student status, service to the journal, or country classification. Requests are reviewed independently of editorial decisions and handled promptly to avoid delays.
